Payment, delivery and purchase terms
This page serves as a practical explanation of how orders, payments, physical product delivery, digital file distribution and basic purchase terms work on the Endralon Space website.
The Endralon Space website is the authorial space of Antonín Deliš. You will find books, e-books, soundtracks, links to vinyl releases, art motifs, card sets, digital files and other items associated with the author's world.
Endralon Space is not a classic e-shop. It is an authorial website where individual products are created as part of books, music, paintings, texts and other projects by Antonín Deliš.
Contact for orders and inquiries
For orders, questions regarding payment, delivery or digital files, please write to:
Website operator
The Endralon Space website is operated by author:
Antonín Deliš
Web: endralon.space
Contact: wo@endralon.space
This website serves to present original works, books, music, artistic motifs, digital files and other projects associated with the work of Antonín Deliš.
Payment
For selected products on the website, payment is only possible via bank transfer.
Order Creation
An order is created either:
- by paying for the selected product via bank transfer,
- or by individual email agreement at wo@endralon.space.
For products sold via external platforms, the order is created according to the rules of the given platform.
Digital products
Digital products can include, for example:
- e-books,
- PDF files,
- author workbooks,
- sheet music,
- text or image materials,
- or other downloadable files.
Digital products are sent by email after payment, usually within 24 hours of payment receipt.
If the file does not arrive, write to:
In the message, please state which product you ordered, under which email address, and optionally attach a confirmation from your banking app of the completed transfer.
Digital products are not sent by post. Delivery takes place electronically.
Delivery of the digital file after payment
Digital products are currently sent manually by email.
This means that you will not receive an automatic download link immediately after payment. The file will be sent to your email after the received payment is verified.
The usual delivery time is within 24 hours for instant transfers.
If there is a delay, please contact us by email.
Digital content and withdrawal from purchase
For digital products, it is important to note that once they have been sent or made available, the right to withdraw from the purchase may already be limited.
If you order digital content and agree to its delivery before the 14-day period expires, you acknowledge that once it has been sent or made available, it may not be possible to withdraw from the purchase in the same way as with regular physical goods.
In practice, this means:
- if the digital file has not yet been sent, the order can be handled individually,
- if the digital file has already been sent or made available, it cannot simply be “returned” like a physical book,
- if there is a technical problem with the file, write to wo@endralon.space and we will resolve the situation.
Physical products
Physical products can include, for example:
- printed books,
- bookmarks,
- posters,
- cards,
- art prints,
- collectibles,
- or other author's artifacts.
For physical products, the delivery method may vary depending on the specific item, its size, availability, and delivery location.
Unless otherwise stated for the product, shipping costs and the method of dispatch can be arranged individually by email.

Shipping
Digital products are delivered electronically and are not sent by post.
For physical products, it depends on the specific product type, its availability, dimensions, and destination address. If shipping is not stated directly with the product, it will be specified individually.
For some physical products, the price may be set to already include standard delivery within the Czech Republic. If you are not sure what the price includes, please write before purchase to:
Products sold via other platforms
Some products are not sold directly through Endralon Space, but via external platforms.
This may include, for example:
- vinyl releases,
- books on Amazon,
- card sets,
- music platforms,
- printing or distribution services.
In such cases, the purchase, payment, shipping, complaints, and delivery are governed by the rules of the respective platform.
Endralon Space serves in these cases mainly as an author's directory that guides you to the appropriate place.
Prices
Prices on the website may vary depending on the product type, availability, platform, and delivery method.
For some items, the price may be set as the price of author's digital content. For others, it may include a physical product, packaging, shipping, or individual delivery.
If you are unsure what exactly the price includes, please write before purchasing to:
Complaints and order issues
If something goes wrong—for example, a payment goes through but you do not receive the file, confirmation, or further information—please write to:
In the message, please state:
- product name,
- order or payment date,
- email used for payment,
- brief description of the problem.
Everything can be tracked down and resolved.
For physical products, please also write a description of any defect or problem and attach a photo, if possible.
For digital products, please describe whether the file could not be opened, was not delivered, arrived damaged, or if another technical problem occurred.
Refunds
Refunds are handled individually depending on the type of product and the current stage of the order.
For physical products, it depends on whether the product has already been shipped, delivered, damaged, or returned.
For digital products, it depends on whether the file has already been sent or made accessible.
If an issue arises, write to:

Author's Note
Endralon Space is not just a shop. It is a place where books, music, texts, paintings, characters, dreams, soundtracks, peculiar worlds, and author's items meet.
Some items may be of a collector's nature, an author's accessory, a digital notebook, an experimental publication, or material tied to a specific book, album, or project.
If you are not sure where to start, you can return to the website reception and choose depending on whether you want to read, listen, discover the world of Endralon, or buy something.
